I Confronted My Boss!

Confronting your boss is and will never be a good idea, because we all know that it will only make your life more difficult and it might even “promote” your status from employed to unemployed.

Sad to say, I just did that. I confronted my boss through 2 SMS-es and 1 phone call.

You may call me stupid, dumb or even retard but seriously, I never feel so good before after 4 months of being pushed to the corner.

I am prepared to quit my job and / or be put into freezer for good.

Honestly, I love my job a lot and I still do. I have worked many part time jobs which were more suffering, more tiring yet with lesser pay than my current part time job, but at least, I was happy working for the boss and in that environment. I certainly can take up more shits than this.

Yet, if the situation doesn’t favour me (not even a single bit) at the current moment, I see no reason to hold back, keep quiet, take whatever that is thrown to me and stay at that place just to fight myself for a place to stand.

Now, I wonder what lies ahead…

P/S :

My parents are going to be very happy with this.

Still, blogging about work is not a very good idea. :P

If it is meant to be - well it is meant to be….

Anyway I think your new boss is a guy and he will be quite helpful in your new situation. Still try to prioritise your studies first. All the best!

Well, no point to stay if you are not happy with it, esp. when this is not the only one you can have.

we can always voice out BUT make sure the tone we use and the word we use.

always leave some space in between and not over doing it.

the best is to make it as some suggestion and comment. and most important NOT 人身攻击。。。

    Stay ahead, Stay alert ….kekekekeke

Cely : Weee… You rawks! *hugs* Hehe, result? Check your email tomorrow or tonight and visit my blog again.

Yung : Haha! Sure or not? Don’t scold me stupid inside your heart woh!

    Vien : Thank you.

Giovoni : Are you sure about your prediction? Not that I don’t trust you since it was quite accurate for the past few months, but I am a bit doubtful about the coming of a new boss.

婷婷 : I don’t think I crossed the line or went all out. Check back for tomorrow’s post, ok?

Mumsgather : Thanks for the award but what the award is about? -sweat- Yeah, and I went to blog about it. LOL.

WK : I am trying to find an alternative or another door. Wish me luck.

Robin : Haha. You are right, but certainly, if possible, I would like to stick to this company for a while before I make my next move.

Zewt : I think it was me who felt the heat. LOL. But I am fire proof. Haha!

Lee CS : I didn’t make any personal attack when I confronted her. Yet, I am pretty sure that things won’t be good for me for the upcoming days.

What make u think that as parents we are going to be very happy about this?

Let it be known to you that we are 100% not happy that it turn out that way 4U!

In the first place, ask yourself why u take up this part time job?
Then ask yourself is it worthwhile to earn that extra to the extent that your failing grades resulted in termination?
What you earned is simply burning a big hole in pocket compared to the big investment we put into your education that in our opinion comes first.

Well, you know what best for you and please certainly we are not happy !!

Have a nice day and take giovoni words, prioritizes your studies first!

Allison : See how it goes first.

Tash : Yeah, good luck to the both of us.

    Simon : *high 5*

Dad : Come on, you are not happy because I have to quit my job in such way yet you are happy because I don’t need to work that much as before. I took up this job because I know this is what I wanted to do and this is one of the things that I know I can do good in. Certainly, I didn’t fail my grades because I spend my time working every day or too much. And what’s with the caps again?

Che-Cheh : Very difficult to say as I haven’t make up my mind yet.
