Nee’s Sushi : How To

Referring to that day’s post on Nee’s sushi, here is the tutorial, with pictures.

1) Prepare the ingredients like breads, seaweeds, cucumbers, crab sticks and eggs.
2) Wash the cucumbers and slice them into sticks of cucumbers.
3) Roast the crab sticks using an oven.
4) Fry the eggs.
5) Cut off all 4 sides of the bread and flatten it.
6) Spread some mayonnaise on the bread.
7) Put the ingredients on it.
8) Roll it firmly.
9) Cut the rolled sushi into smaller pieces.
10) Chill it in the fridge for a while.

That’s all! Have fun making it.

How come have to flatten the bread ak? Not flatten not nice? Hehehe… I just recalled last time ate Roti Sandwich in one of the mamak stall near BB. They use roti canai to roll the ingredients inside. Similar to sushi or popiah. :D
