Whenever I happily messaged Jinlan’s younger sister, Jinwern, she would sure to tell me that she’s now in the running for the finalist for some competition and would be glad that if I can help her to vote and ask my readers to vote too.

This time, she is now in the top 20 for the Malaysia International Aerospace Ambassador Search competition, a competition organized by Malaysia International Aerospace and the tourism ministry in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2007. I couldn’t find much information on the official website, which is very badly designed by the way. Hence, lets skip all that part and go to the prizes part.

The top 8 finalists are on their way to win the following prizes :

1st Prize: RM12,000 cash
2nd Prize: RM8,000 cash
3rd Prize: RM5,000 cash
5x Finalists: RM2,000 cash each
12xSubsidiary Titles: RM250 cash each

Isn’t that a very huge sum of money for a competition like this? RM30,000 to be given away just like that. Gulp. Anyway, Jinwern is in the top 20 and requires your little help and money to vote her into the top 8.

To vote, you need to

1) Take out your mobile phone and create new message.

This is the last draft I have for time like this. If you still can’t feel it, I am currently in bloggers’ block and it has been the same for the last two weeks. I didn’t have any outings, events or interesting things for the past two weeks due to examinations, assignments, jobless and etc. Hence, topic-less.

Now, does the number 500 has any significant meaning to you?

I doubt, because its just another number to them, we, him, her, you and me. However, it has a significant meaning because this post is the 500th post of “Jason Mumbles” after 891 days (2 years, 5 months and 10 days) since November 9, 2004.

I know many bloggers out there has achieved the 500th post or even the 1000th post milestone, but to me, it is a small and humble proud moment for the blog itself and the blogger.

Hopefully, there will be the 1000th post and I am definitely looking forward to that day.
