The place where you visited Guan Yin Temple, “molested” Laughing Buddha in believe for good fortune, and had your most satisfying dessert, is called Bugis. The Petaling Street like crowded street is called Bugis Street. It seems that you didn’t go to the Bugis Junction though, which is one of my favorite places in Singapore :)

Simon : Yeah, I read that post. ;) I am still reading your blog one. I think we need a local to bring us to those yummy places, if to follow tour or by ourselves, its not easy to find good food.

looks like you had a good trip, i enjoyed mine there a few months ago. the only complaint was (other than the exchange rate) the food. Malaysian food is still the best in the world, and i’m not just saying that.
