My Car Got Broken Into

Mun Kit and Ivan are in Malacca for work and as usual, we agreed to meet up for dinner.

I parked my car at the basement of Mahkota Parade, and went to watch “Take The Lead“, by Antonio Banderas. 5.30PM sharp, we went for “Carry On” steamboat buffet.

After the dinner, Ivan dropped me at Mahkota Parade and I walked back to my car. Upon entering the car, I was greeted by these sights.

My car door was hijacked and the CD player got “ripped” off. I stepped down from the car and walked around my car. I saw a long steel ruler on the floor, some hooks and a bent metal.

I don’t understand these people. My car’s CD player wasn’t Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Clarion or whatever high tech CD player. It was just a CD player made in China and has no brand name at all. It didn’t have the cool factor at all, emitting orange and blue light as if it was a toy. Well, now that it’s gone, more money to be earned to fix a new one.

I should be grateful that my car is still there and the damage isn’t as bad as Kenny Sia’s.

Now, I would be damn happy when the thieves idiots find out that the CD player isn’t functiong except for the radio part. For your information, the CD player’s mechanism (gear) is spoilt meaning it can’t “suck” the CD in. -lol-

well, the chinese proverb says “if the old doesnt go, the new doesnt come”
so since it’s already spoilt, pretty good way of disposing off it, but then again…. $$$ again, poor u.

Oh my..!! i would have been better if they asked you for it.. instead of damaging other things in the car.. and you need to spend more money to repair them.
Just like those ppl who breaks into our store..! the damaged of the glass door is more than we lost .. in them coming in and stealing from us..!
    Asshole bandits..!

When people can’t survive with their low salary, they tend to search for fast and easy money. I believe stealing is the first thing comes into their mind. Well, greed can lead to stealing too but in your case I see the reason for survival more than greediness because as you said it’s not a branded CD player.

Corruption is another easy money too, that’s why we see rasuah every where. Well, I’m talking about low earning servants, not those big fishes (those big ones are caused by greediness).

    Just my 2 cents.

    Earl Ku : Yeap, bastards.

CLF : Can say so loh, since they didn’t break my glass.

Myles : Yeah… Consider myself to be lucky this time. Hehe, but Malacca is still better than KL. You can’t even walk safely on the road when you are in KL.

1+2mom : Haha, but I got no money ler. Sponsor me? :P

Klang Boy : Tuesday… We go eat road side stall. Xi ham, lala, kangkung, sotong, fishball or whatever.

Julie : It’s okay. Nope. Mahkota Parade ler, not like those shopping complex in KL, CCTV aren’t a necessary/compulsory here.

Cheng Sim : You and your big mouth. Grrr…

    Peek@Boooh : Twice? -sweat- Yaloh, I have my N70 also. :P

Poor Jason! But more of my symphaties go to the ppl who broke into ur car. Aiyo, of all cars, I think their eyes must be ‘ceh kai’!

It’s good dat they ‘helped’ u to get rid of it instead of u to decide whether to get rid of it or not.

Alamak, if those b*gg*s found out dat they have been cheated, don’t know whether they will ‘mook’ (watch out for?) ur car again or not leh? Better be careful!
