Hotlink’s Germany 06′ Kick Off Party
2 weeks ago, I was at the Germany 06′ Kick Off Party, organized by Hotlink at A Famosa Golf Resort. While everybody was trying to get in, I was hoping to leave the place as soon as possible. -shrugs-
Due to the event’s PR was very inefficient, my colleague and I had to wait outside the venue for almost 1.5 hours. The Hitz.FM cruisers were there as well, giving out goodies bag to the people. They gave us one each, which has a Hotlink backpack and a “Seventeen” magazine.
We got our passes and went inside. Mind you, the ticket was priced at RM60, 20% discount if you were a Hotlink (012 / 017 prepaid) user.
To my disappointment, it was a 100% rave party, as in, just go inside and dance. No games, no lucky draws, no performance, totally nothing except dancing / move your body. I thought it was to celebrate the World Cup’s kick off, but I don’t see anything related to football also. -shrugs- Expected crowd was 18000, but as of 11PM, there were like 6000+ only. There were a few hot chicks here and there, but nothing to shout about. I left the place and went to “yamcha” with my friends instead. -lol-
The music / bass can be heard as far as few kilometers away (from my house), and the party ended at nearly 5AM!

No, I didn’t stay back. I left the place at 11PM and joined my friends for a “yamcha” session instead. -lol-

hmmm, the moment they advertise bout the event and the dj was named, you shoull very well know its a party for ravers … techno lovers …
err but i kinda hate those shufflers, kaninia shuffle like a bloody madhat, swing here and there all the times …

Earl-Ku : I don’t know any of the DJs. Hehe… Not even 1. What I meant was, there should be some competition like juggling the ball, shooting the goals or something sports/football related mah.
