Questionnaire
Today’s update is not by Jason, but Ah Nee. -grins-
I am currently completing my final year project / thesis as a journaslim student in UTAR and I need to do a survery in order to gather the data and informations that I need. Due to my project requirements, I need to have individual data sheets instead of a summarized / analyzed data sheet. Therefore, I hope you can give me a helping hand by downloading and completing the questionnaire for me.
1) The questionnaire is objective liked and only has 16 questions.
2) It will take you less than 10 minutes.
3) Since you can’t tick it, you can bold the answers instead.
4) You can download the questionnaire from here.
5) Upon completing, you can email the file to Jason at jason[.]lioh[@]gmail[.]com or me at yk[_]ahnee[@]yahoo[.]com.

i’ve tried sending the questionaire to Ah Nee’s email but tak boleh lah. tak tahu kenapa. so, i send my part of the questionaire to Jason instead. can’t believe i just did a questionaire. im not a questionaire kinda person.
