J’s Updates - Jamie And JiNz
If you can’t recall, my sister - Jamie Lioh is one of the unfortunate participants for the first batch of 2006’s National Service. She was being thrown put at Kuala Pilah camp site, which is not too far from my place. Judging from her feedbacks and endless stories, she enjoyed it very much. So much until I am a little jealous.
Last Sunday, my parents and my youngest sister went to the camp site to visit her. Here are a few pictures taken on that day.
On the other hand, on a fine Saturday afternoon…
“Wei, I thought you said you don’t want to come (to Malacca) one?”
“At first, didn’t want to.”“Then?”
“Then, I followed my friend to come down to visit my ex-housemates loh!”“It’s 3PM arleady and you have appointment with your friends at 4PM. The town is having Le Tour De Langkawi, traffic jam and road block; I can’t reach Mahkota in 15 minutes loh!”
“Yup!”“Why didn’t inform me earlier? Last minute also no need that last minute mah!”
“Sorry loh!”“At night leh?”
“Cannot. I am going out with my friends.”“Then forget it loh! You bluffed me again.”
“I didn’t bluff you lah! Next time lah! Next time lah! Really!”
We missed an opportunity to meet up.
My feeling was like…
P/S : It is not that JiNz being proud, action, bad or anything, it is just that both of us couldn’t find the right time to meet up only. But then, I wonder when the time will come…

i was a NS trainee last year.
my pusat latihan is at Kerteh, Terengganu.
mine was by the beach so, the scenery there are breath-taking!
i only understand the first half of the entry…

U know.. the purpose of camouflauge on soldier uniform is to make it harder for people to see you in a jungle/desert.
Now with camouflauge like what our NS participants wear… I wonder which part of the world would they have to be such that it would be “HARD TO SEE THEM” and where they could “BLEND WITH THE BACKGROUND”.
