My brother also met this case before. Basically, you only need to re-format the underlying software. Bring it to mobile phone technician and they will settle it :-) Not expensive, format the software only

my 6510 also died last month (GOD DAMN IT). i’m now using my family’s secondary (backup) phone, also a 6510.
almost 3 years already served me… *sobs*
