Golden Bread Boy

It was 3 o’clock in the morning and I bet I was the only one who was awake in my housing estate. I was hungry and I opened up the cabinets in the kitchen. Nothing yummy was available, not even a packet of instant noodles. I opened the fridge and saw my wonderful heroes for my early pre-breakfast - Egghead Eggs and Plain Old Bread.

Put some sugars into the eggs and then, beat them until it becomes fluffy.

Dip both sides of the bread with the eggs mixture.

Melt some butter on the frying pan or wok.

Stir-fry the bread until it is done, you will know when it is ready though.

Sprinkle some sugars on it and eat it. Duh!

It is very easy to make and takes less than 10 minutes from the start till the end. The taste? Simply delicious! The bread is soft and coated with yummy-licious eggs, and the butter makes it tastes even better.

You can try Auntie Maria’s Honey Toast as well, which is slightly more complicated.

By the way, best is to use cold breads instead of the fresh ones.

Jason says :” Buuurrrpppsss…” -satisfied-

Oh, so that’s how you make it. I’ve always thought you had to put flour for some reason.
Don’t put so much sugar lar you. Not healthy ar.

ai yah…before I came out with my honey toast, I also toast the bread in the same way like you, because the twins will be very messy if I sprinkle sugar on it mah, so I mah add honey into the egg lor.
