The Girl / Waitress From Feeling Cafe
If you have forgotten the girl that I have met in a café during my first day of my K.L. trip, let me refresh your memory by quoting part of the text about the girl.
The waitress that served us is cute! Her smile is sweet! It took me lots of effort, trials and errors to take a clear shot of the girl. I managed to slip a note that I wrote in Mandarin to her while paying the bills.
“To the only girl that is a cashier and a waitress for the night, (Other girls were working as
bar tenderbeverage maker.)Your smile is very sweet.
You look beautiful. :-)
From,
Jason, Malacca.”-blush blush-
I did not leave my contact number but I did leave my email address. After all, who will give his/her contact number to a stranger? Not even me, what more a cute girl like her? Therefore, email address is a better way. No? The guys behind our table tried to get her phone number from her, but they failed and she gave them a very embarrassed and annoyed smile. –lol- As for me, when I went to collect the receipt, she gave me her sweet smile again.
-blush blush-
Thursday night, we (Chee Yong, Chun Kit, Lee Hwee and me) went there again as supposedly it was our last night there since we have planned to go back to Tampin after my super mini bloggers’ gathering at Mid Valley on Friday. As usual, we stepped into the café and she was the one who served us again. However, she did not tie her hair that night and she looks prettier when she does not tie her hair. I mean, she looks more matured and attractive when she lets her hair down.
We ordered our drinks again and started to talk craps again. In the meantime, I was spying at her whenever she walked past our table or when she was at the counter. It was then I wrote a note and requested the performers to read out.

“To the waitress that served us today,
You look more beautiful when you do not tie your hair.
Jason.”
She smiled when the performers read the note. The sweet smile again, it just melts my people’s heart. Not long after that, I saw some guys from another table tried to strike a conversation with her to get her phone number. Again, she showed them a very embarrassed and annoyed smile. –lol-
It was approaching 1AM and since it was my last night in K.L., I decided to try my luck by asking her to take a photo with me. I wrote some bull shits notes on the small piece of paper and passed it to her again when I was paying the bills.
“This is my last night in K.L. as I will be going back to Malacca tomorrow. It is really nice to see you during my trip. This is also the first time I have done such crazy and foolish thing and it definitely has left a very weird but funny memory for me. Can I take a picture with you?”
She agreed and we took a picture together. Thank God the picture turned out good, as my 3 years old digital camera is only 2.0 mega pixel and it does not take very good pictures like it used to be.
Again, Chee Yong and Chun Kit questioned me why I did not ask for her name or contact number, not even a handshake. I said to them, “I have written my email address on the note and it is up to her whether she wants to contact me or not. If she wants to tell me her name, she will do so just now. Just let it be.” Besides, this weird encounter with the waitress would come to an end as soon as I leave K.L. for Malacca; unless, she decided to contact me one way or through another. Therefore, I do not see the reasons for me to ask for her name and phone number. Do you agree with me?
It was Friday and after the super mini gathering, I was very tired as I was out for the whole day and I did not have the stamina to drive for another 90 minutes back to Tampin. Therefore, we opted to go back the next day (Saturday morning) instead of Friday night. Again, we went to Feeling Café to chill before heading back to UKM and she was there again.
She served us, again. When she saw me, she was surprised and said “Eeeeeee?”. I guessed she was surprised to see me that night as I have told her that yesterday night (Thursday night) would be my last night in K.L. in my previous note. It also meant that she somehow remembered me, right? Quickly, I passed her a CD. A CD that contains her photos that we took on the first night, which I have burned and planned to ask Chee Yong to pass it to her the next time he visits the café with his girl friend – Lee Hwee.
I passed her the CD, with a long note inside (I have included my email address, phone number and my blog’s URL.). She said “Thank You” and went to serve other patrons. This was the first time I had a conversation with her, about 5 sentences. Her voice is quite sweet and soft. Although it is still incomparable to another friend of mine, it is just nice and above average for a girl’s voice.
It was then the performers read out another note, which came from some guys sitting quite far away from us. The guys wanted to know her name and contact number. Again, she shook her head to say “No” and the guys were disappointed. Chun Kit teased me, “Look at other people! So brave, asking for her name and contact number just like that! Why are you still passing little notes to her without asking her name? So out-dated.” I smiled sheepishly. Not long after that, another guy from another table did the same thing, to ask for her name and contact number through the performers. Again, he failed.

I slipped another note to her while paying the bills.
“You are very popular in this café. It seems that everybody tries to ask for your name and phone number. –wink-”
We left the café at 1AM and headed back to UKM. Throughout the whole journey and whole night, I kept looking at my mobile phone, hoping that she would send me a SMS that night after reading my note in the CD. However, my mobile phone was lying there like a dead machine. I was hoping to receive a SMS from an unknown number, hoping that it would be her. After 2 days with no news from her, I supposed everything has ended.
However, on 10th of August at 3:45PM, somebody left a comment in my SayBox. (SayBox rocks!) It was none other than the waitress from Feeling Café. Finally, she visited my blog after so many days. I was very excited at that moment and gave a call to Chee Yong. –lol-

Her name is Dion, as written by her in my SayBox and she wrote her email address as well. From her email address, I guess her Chinese name would be “Yi Fang”. Since I have her email address, I will just keep in touch with her by writing emails to her. –wink-
Dion,
Thanks for visiting my blog. I have been waiting for your news for the past 7 days and finally, you came and left your email address for me to keep in touch with you. Although only now I got to know your name, I am sure that it is never too late to start a new friendship. Nice to know/meet you.

If any of you happen to go to that cafe and see her on duty, go up and say “Hi” to her and tell her that you seen her in my blog. OK? -blek-
Side note :
Chun Kit, now, tell me, whose method is more effective? –evil grins-
In my previous post - “Body Glove Is Sueing Me For……“, I would like to clarify that June is not a store supervisor but she is the Advertising and Promotion Manager for Body Glove (M) Sdn. Bhd. Suddenly I feel so proud and my face is plastered with gold (脸上贴金), because someone with such high rank actually came down to talk to a small fish like me.
Another good news, I received an email from June and June has agreed to offer me their Body Glove Privilege Card (BGPC) for free. For your information, you need to purchase RM200 and above in a single receipt in order to apply for the privilege card. (Nee, do not get jealous, OK? I know you have bought more than RM200 worth of Body Glove product to apply for the card.)
Now, give me one reason why I should not respect the Body Glove marketing team.
I got a total of 115 clicks from PPS alone for my post - “Body Glove Is Sueing Me For……”. A whole new record for me, as my usual posts will only have 13 to 26 clicks. (I pinged twice for the same entry though. There are too many pings in PPS, so I am pinging twice for each posts. But I promise I will never ever flood PPS.) I wonder what is my total hits for that day.

Jason , you’re a knucklehead!!! :( After all the effort of meeting this girl , you now insult her by comparing her with U -Know- Who who seems to be dangling you on a string anyhoo. DUH!!! (roll eyes)
August 12th, 2005 12:40
Romantic : I really didn’t mean it and I didn’t compare her with anybody. She looks prettier in real life rather than in the photos. There are people who looks good in photos but a little different in real life, and vice versa. But honestly, I have no intention of insulting her. I am so sorry and thanks for enlightening me. -sniff sniff-
Young Brat : Go there again, and if you do see her, say you seen her in my blog before. OK?
Jimbo : Thanks for dropping by my blog. :) Working as a waitress, you just have to smile to your customer even though you are plain mad at them, right? However, it is just that when she smiles, you will know/can feel that she smiles at u nicely (No annoyed feel, embarassed, or pissed feel.), you get what i mean? :) Heh~! She’s just sweet lah~!
Milly : What do you mean by new girl again? Buy Body Glove product for your birthday? Let me think about it first.
Chea Yee : Perhaps we can meet there some time? There’s another guy who is very good too.
Justin : Like Nike says, “Just Do It!” -wink-
dSaint : Thanks for your compliment. Its at Serdang, find your way to South City Plaza and its around that area. I’m sure it will not be too difficult to find.
Meng Zhee : I’m more interested with your FREE 3G phone.
Narrowband : Don’t worry. My 2 days fame will die off soon, unlike yours, it lasts for a very long time. Don’t be jealous, your day will come too!
The First Christmas : Yes, very the ’stalker’-ish.
Hao : Bo Chi! You keep quiet!
Egg Head : If I really strike 4D, I will give you 1% of my winnings. -lol-
Twinsmom : 还不够酸啦! :P
Simon : Why not? But I think I am just plain lucky.
KY : You might not want to learn from me because until now, I still do not have any girl friends. I am a failure. -lol-
Jason Tee : No idea! Pure luck, I guess. :) Ha! How I wish they appoint me as their online embassador! But, I am too fat and I don’t look good while wearing their products.

Dear Jason,
Kindly let me put a comment on your future. You can be :
1. An engineer
2. An author of .”How to Tackle a lady - as easy as ABC”.
3. A promoter for any new, existing products, starting with Body Glove..
4. A Food critics- from the roadside to the cosy restaurants.
5. A Tourist guide: Klang Valley specialist.
6. A professional photographer.
7. Lastly but not least another to be Jeff Ooi successor.
You’re simply versatile. Cheers and keep up your good works. :-)

August 12th, 2005 18:52
JacKing : I am flabbergasted and totally flattered. Thanks for your compliments but :
1. I am still struggling with my studies.
2. I am still single all these while.
3. I am not suitable to be a model due to my huge body size, or fat in other word.
4. There are better food critics out there in blogsphere.
5. It was the K.L. people who gave me information and brought me around Klang Valley.
6. Armed with a 2.0 mega pixel, point and shoot camera, that is not a professional work. Perhaps, it is my style that you are refering to?
7. Throw a stone and you will a dozen of better-than-me bloggers. It is still a long journey for me to reach the level of our Malaysia’s Blogsphere Representatives like Jeff Ooi, Kenny Sia, Minishorts, Suannie, Peter Tan, and the list never ends.
Meng Zhee : Yes yes, thats the way. What are you waiting for?
