As I was preparing to study read some blogs, Hwa Yinn messaged me on MSN Messenger and suggested that we go out for a drink since both of us were bored. I changed to my favourite T-shirt – Giordano’s orange basic T-shirt and went out. I picked her up and was surprised to see her wearing bright orange too! Now, what are the chances of a male and a female wearing the same colour? –grins-

We went to Wingz café, a café that is similar to “Hai Luo” café or “Halo” café that have live performance by a few teenagers with guitars as their only instrument. We sat down and ordered our drinks. I ordered my favourite “Long Vacation” while Yinn ordered peach flavoured green tea. It was approximately 9PM when we arrived and there were not much people at that moment. We chatted as we munched on the supposed to be free tidbits.

Later, we ordered “Mile Crepe Cake” and another bowl of tidbits as we planned to stay and chat more. The “Mile Crepe Cake” was simply delicious. It has layers and layers of cake, with some custard(?) or cheese cream(?) in between. It is slightly chilled before being served. Too bad I forgot to take a photo of it before finishing it in few minutes mouths. Sorry! I ordered “Honey Dew Milk Red Tea” while she ordered a pot of rose flavoured tea.

My beverage was nothing special, typical bubble tea. Yinn’s tea does look special to me. The tea has flower buds in it and emits a light flower liked aroma, which smells good indeed. I do not know how rose smells though. When our drinks were served, she was given a lucky draw coupon. Her lucky number was “4476019″.

Every Tuesday is ladies’ night and there will be a lucky draw and one prize to be won during the night. This week’s prize is Penny Tai’s latest album – “Ai Feng Le 爱疯了” and a poster, with her autograph on it. Honestly, I was thinking of buying the pCD of the same album for my sister – Jamie Lioh tomorrow at the night market since she loves to listen to music.

We were about to leave when the singer announced that it was time for the lucky draw. I called for the waiter to sum up the bill as the singer drew the lucky number out from the box. I was staring at the number while waiting for the bill.

“4476019.”
“Har?!” I said softly to Yinn while looking at the number and feeling surprised.
“4476019.”
“4476019. We won!” I said to Yinn.
“Ha! You go and collect!” said Yinn.

I went to the stage and collect the prize. Since it was ladies’ night and the lucky draw was meant for ladies, I was teased by the singers.

“You not a girl! Your hair so short and you are not wearing a skirt.”
“The lucky draw is for ladies only.”
“Heee……” I grinned.
“Oklah! Who is the lady sitting with you?”

I pointed towards our table.

“The one wearing orange shirt, sitting outside?”
“Yeah~!” I said.
“Wah~! Wearing the same colour woh~! Couple is it?”
“Heee……” I grinned.
“Oklah~! Here you go.” As the male guitarist pass me the CD and the poster.
“Thank you.”

Yinn paid the bills and we left the place at 12 midnight.

“Tomorrow go buy 4D, ok?” reminded Yinn.
“Ok.”

Thanks a lot, Yinn. If not because of you, I would not have won the prize for my sister. I had a wonderful and enjoyable night with you, again. I know you will always be my lucky charm. Love ya!

Basically my wardrobe consists of 9 Giordano basic T-shirt, with 9 different colours – light orange, bright red, water blue, sky blue, grey, black, bright orange, light yellow and bright yellow. So, who wants to sponsor me a new T-shirt other than Giordano?
