Home Made Pizza
There is nothing much to blog lately, as I have been staying at home most of the time. I do not even go out for “yam cha” session lately, as both of my friends – Chee Yong and Chun Kit were busy and out of town respectively. I will stay at home or come back before 12 midnight, with nothing to do except studying (more like going through) and watching 2 hours of CSI.
I found 2 pictures that I took when my mum made pizza for dinner 2 or 3 weeks ago. It was a little bit plain, only pineapples, sausages, mushroom and red pepper as the main ingredients, but it tasted not bad. I do not like sausages actually, as it has a smell and taste that bothers me. But since it was our dinner, I did not have a choice. My mum used to make sardines and curry chicken pizzas during those days and I could finish one piece of it. Not one piece, one pizza actually. –grins-

Home Made Chicken Sausage Pizza

That was the “Gai Zai Beng” that I bought in Bidor. Yummy! My mum is currently into baking American (Not Malaysian?) Cheese Cake and fruit tarts.

thank you thank you, hopefully your mom does keep a recipe, not like my mom, she always say: “I just agak agak, there is no way I can teach you, you have to feel it.” Sigh! My mom is a good cook, but not a good 师夫. :)
