12:13PM, I was reading Au Yong Tien Chee’s November archive when suddenly my Nokia 6100 rang! Yeah, my phone was silent since yesterday 11:26:44AM, a SMS from NeeNee to tell me some, well, shity stuff. I looked at my phone and was surprised to see April’s name on the display.

“Har? Ap calling me at this hour? That’s weird.” I was talking to myself inside my heart. As usual, my phone is to call/SMS people, not for people to call/SMS me. Sounds pathetic, hor? Yeah, it sure is. Anyway, I picked up the call.

“Jason…”
“Yeah, Ap?”
“Will you be free tonight? I am coming down to Malacca tonight, so I might be able to meet you up!”
“Yeah sure. No problem. I am ALWAYS awake at night.” -I was very excited then.-
“My parents are coming down for a dinner. So, I shall give you a call at night if my parents allow me.”
“Yeah sure. No problem. Just give me a call.”
“Alright, bye!”
“Bye!”

Muahahahahahah!!! I am so excited now! Really, I am feeling anxious and happy about it. After some shit hit the fan (Learned this from Jase Lee.) recently, finally, something that can cheer me up! Well, I am just happy about her coming down to Malacca and meeting up with her. It has been a long time since we last met you know. If not mistaken, it was during her open house way back in 2004, if not mistaken. I spent a night there and her parents are very friendly.

Since I am not able to attend her 21st birthday party on 9th of April, I think I shall get her a birthday present later and pass it to her tonight. She has sent out the invitation of her birthday party during early January, so that her friends could plan ahead and make themselves free to attend her party. However, whenever I have a very meaningful occasion or date, MMU is sure to have mid term examination, quizes, assignment due date and final examination on that day or before/after the date. Fcuk!

Anyway, I better get myself prepared to go Mahkota Parade and get something meaningful for my friend – April. She has been a very, very, very great friend to me. As usual, I shall dedicate a post to her when her birthday is around the corner. Stay tuned!

P/S : Even if she does not make it, it does not matter. The thought of her trying to meet up with me has already cheered me up and made me smiled, after frowning or being expression-less for the past couple of days.
