“J”ded

March 31st, 2005, Jason

Today, I shall introduce a blogger. No no, not Carol Tee, but a friend of Carol. The second featured blogger of “Jason Mumbles” is Venus a.k.a Juliana, owner of “J”ded. I chose her because, both of us have a lot of similaraties in terms of character, thinking, attitude, style and even our blogs.

Both of us play the organ. (I play the piano as well.)
Both of us have more online friends than offline friends.
Both of us are too fragile and easily being hurt by people / friends.
Both of us think really a lot, a lot and a lot before we do something.
Both of us love to be alone in the room. Not always, but most of the time.
Both of us feel more comfortable to talk using our fingers rather than mouth.
Both of us are very kind. (Carol said so for Juliana while Earthtone and MunKit say so for Jason.)
Both of us started blogging about the same time. (I started in November while she started in December.)
Both of us usually keep quiet during “yamcha” session but still pay attention to what people are talking about.
Both of us would used the same method to handle the same situation if we were to go through the same incident. (Not all, but some.)
Both of us would keep quiet when being accused or being taken granted by somebody but would complain about the person when our friends confront us.

See! Sometimes, I feel like I am talking / looking to / at myself sometimes whenever I am chatting with her or reading her old posts. -sweats- Her blog contains a lot of long posts, long winded actually, just like me mumbling in my own blog. Although it is long, it is still worth reading it after all. She has added me in Yahoo! Messenger and I am still looking forward to a nice chat with her (Myself?). It is my pleasure to know you, Ju. Cheers!

Presenting you Juliana’s “J”ded.

Side story :

Do you still remember Carol Tee from “My Miracles“, which I featured in this post exactly 2 weeks ago? It is about 2 weeks since I have added her in MSN Messenger, after exchanging a few emails before that. She is very talkative and has a lot of things to talk about. Not only her stories are funny and entertaining, but also very unbelievable. I was either amazed, confused or had a good laugh. Not only that, she felt comfortable with me and shared her deepest (darkest?) secrets with me on the same night itself. I could not believe that I would ever stumbled upon such person until she told me her secrets.

As usual, she struck my curiousity and I decided to kill the cat, or in this case, kitten. I am really interested in getting to know her deeper / more as she is an average neighbourhood SYT with a really different character. No pun intended. She actually managed to freak me out with her secrets. I also gave her a shock when we were talking about her boy friend. Am I right, Carol? -giggles- We were chatting on MSN Messenger from Friday night, 11.30PM (Or earlier?) until Saturday morning, 4.30PM. Gosh~! We talked so much till we did not realized it was early in the morning. We exchanged hand phone numbers before we bid good nite or rather, good morning. Did I mention that she has a really sweet voice too?

I am very glad and happy that I got to know her. Carol, lets work hard to achieve the friendship that we seek of, ok? -wink-

P/S : Riddle Corner is supposed to be today’s featured blog, but I changed my mind when I was about to blog this. I am sorry, Wan Ying! Next week, ok? -hugs-

5AM Nasi Lemak

March 31st, 2005, Jason

I stayed up until now (Current time is 5:56AM.) but tonight’s progress was very slow and basically was an unproductive night / morning. As usual, I had my breakfast - “Nasi Lemak” and a cup of Iced “Teh-O” at the nearby market. I did not order half boiled eggs from the Ah Po. I still do not have any confidence with her, afraid that my half boiled eggs might turn out to be hard boiled eggs. Next time!

When I first ate the “Nasi Lemak”, I gave a bad remark due to its chilies / “sambal” that came along with the plate of rice. Well, it is not “sambal” actually. It is those kind of “sambal” that is cooked from dried chilies, grinded together with ginger, onions, garlics and other spices, which is cooked over low fire after that until it is fully cooked. There are no anchovies inside and is totally different from the “sambal” that the Malays usually served along with this dish.

After eating a few times and getting used to its chilies, I fell in love with it. I love the chilies so much that I always scoop at least 4 big spoon of the chilies just for one plate of “Nasi Lemak”. The Ah Po has been making noise out of it because the chilies I take is enough to serve another 3 to 4 plates. I do not really care as I love to eat chilies and anything that is hot and spicy. I cannot live without chilies and ice cubes as well.

Another interesting thing is that, this “Nasi Lemak” is best eaten between 5AM and 5.30AM. Other than the time mentioned, the rice just does not taste so good. I do not know why and I am yet to find out the reason behind it. Not only that, never ever take away / “da pao” it home. It tastes different. I also do not know why, but it is true that it does not taste as good as while you are eating there.

This plate of “Nasi Lemak” is only RM2 and only has these basic ingredients. Look at the amount of chiles! Usually, I shall scope another 2 more spoon when I have eaten 60% of the rice. Sometimes, I really pity the Ah Po.

Side note : Because of being served with rice and raw vegetable Nasi Lemark is delicious and is a source of fiber diet too. Inclusion of fish makes it makes a hot spicy protein diet, that along with spoiling your taste buds, can also aide in weight lose. Another tempting feature of Nasi Lemark is its being a gluten free diet making a good choice for majority of the masses out there.

Half Boiled Eggs

March 30th, 2005, Jason

Nowadays, I am staying awake throughout the whole night until 7 o’clock in the morning to study, play, blog and read blogs. Usually, I shall eat breakfast at 5 o’clock at the nearby market before I go to sleep at 7 o’clock. Breakfast is “Nasi Lemak” with lots of chilies, 3 half boiled eggs and 1 cup of Iced “Teh-O”. Every thing is good except the half boiled eggs. Apparently this old lady does not really know how to boil half boiled eggs.

The day before yesterday, she gave me 3 30% cooked raw eggs. I complained to the old lady. She took the eggs back and fried them! I was dumbfucked. I came to eat half boiled eggs but ended up eating 3 fried eggs. She even said that raw eggs taste better. Fine!

Yesterday, she gave me 80% boiled eggs. I complained again and she said 80% boiled eggs taste better. I was dumbfucked again. I really wanted to ask her which one tastes better, raw eggs or 80% boiled eggs since she said both also taste nice when she was finding excuses for her mistake.

However, there were few times she managed to get the right timing for half or 60% boiled eggs. But, recently, she has been making more and more mistake, spoiling my day and mood every morning, until today I decided not to eat half boiled eggs for breakfast! Urrrgggghhh~!

Ah Poh, please go back and do some experiment to get the perfect timing for half boiled eggs before you continue to spoil my wonderful morning. To all SAHMs out there or FTWMs who prepares breakfast or half boiled eggs for the family and children, what is the exact timing and perfect method to boil half boiled eggs? Do people still eat breakfast at home nowadays?

Side note : A half boiled egg is not less in the calorie count than a full boiled one. It is rich in various nutrients including a whole range of fat soluble vitamin world. Egg is naturally rich in iodine, phosphorous, biotin and protein. The actual nutritional value of an egg and the proportion of various b vitamin is affected by dietary boron supplementation of hens.

A New Friend

March 29th, 2005, Jason

Before I went for pizza buffet the other day, I forgot to write about the meet up session with Mun Kit, owner of the popular Frozen Lily. Mun Kit and his family were on their way to K.L. and they stopped at Malacca to check out his cousin who is studying in MMU as well. Mun Kit SMS-ed me and I went out to meet him immediately at a small corner shop that sells “Yong Tau Fu”. I slightly introduced myself to his parents and his cousin, and well talked a bit. Although the meet up session was in a rush and very short moment, but I have made a new friend. That matters the most, right?

Mun Kit, very difficult to describe as I think most of the bloggers here have not seen his real face. He always blurred out all the pictures of himself. Oh well, he is not that evil after all. Haha! Cheers, dude! Glad to meet you in person.

P/S : We took a picture together as well. I looked horrible in it, as I did not comb my hair. I am still waiting for Mun Kit to send me a copy of the picture.

The Missing Piece

March 28th, 2005, Jason

It has been some time since I blogged something emotional that comes straight from my heart and also fits my personality - mumbling and being emotional. Well, today’s post will be another emotional post of mine, but I am going to blog it with a different approach and method. Well, I hope this post is able to carry my thoughts and feelings to the person, who is none other than NeeNee while on the other hand, reminding myself all the time that I…

The Missing Piece (File has been removed.)

I bet there are some (a lot?) people who are happy for me especially Abdul if they see this post. However, this does not mean that everything ends here and everything will still be as it is now, with a little patch to downgrade and set a limit to certain things. I never regret anything that I have done for her and that includes her 21st birthday present.

To Nee,

I shall try to solve my problems within me that has lead to all these troubles since 5 weeks ago. There is someone to substitute my role and he will definately play a better role / part compare to me, although I have given my very best and I have no regrets of whatever stupid / silly / idiotic stuff that I did for you. However, when everybody fails and dissapoints you at times when you need somebody to rely on, turn around to look behind you, you will see me. Let the presents be your reminder for you especially the “one” you always bring along with you and those who accompany you when you are sleeping.

Jason.

P/S :

Thanks to JxT2J a.k.a Jason Tee from “buangmasa.net” for hosting the file on his server.

Thanks to April Yim for sharing this file to me when I was under depression a few weeks ago.

Now, I am thinking of somebody who I can care and love as much as I care and love for Adeline and NeeNee, I wonder who will be the next lucky (unlucky?) one. Mun Kit? Too bad, I am not gay! Since Mun Kit “sayang” Isabelle more, I should “sayang” Annabelle but Annabelle is too small already. Carol? Hmm… -rubs chin-
