X’mas = Lonely Night
I celebrated Christmas all by myself in my own room, while most of my friends went out for movies, dinner, countdown, gathering with ex-class/school mates or what-so-ever activities that can be planned for this wonderful night. Yet, I am all alone here, facing this lifeless LCD monitor of mine since 11PM.
I finished my part time job at 10:30PM and walked all the way back to my house from Jaya Jusco which is about 20 minutes walk. Upon reaching home, my house was in total darkness. By looking at it, my housemates have left for their planned activities about 5PM to catch their movie - Kung Fu Hustle followed by do-not-know-what activities. Nevermind, I am used to it for being left out or not joining them. I dragged myself upstairs, into my room and sat down on my chair. Website surfing for the next 1 hour until SMSes (Not many, only 3!) started to come in, wishing me “Merry X’mas” and “Happy New Year” with the same old forwarded SMS every year.
Ah Nee SMS-ed : “I’m now in Malacca. Just had dinner. -wink- What are you doing? Hanging out?”
Jason replied : “You in Malacca, with who? Somemore say will stay home. Bluff me. I am all alone here!”
Another 3 SMS from her and I replied with 4 SMS. Session ended.
12:52AM, another SMS from her.
“What you doing now? Still alone at home? A’ Famosa got firework? Tomorrow stil have?”
“Doing what? Blogging about how wonderful my X’mas is. How I know? Should have until 31st.”
End.

Not only that, my ex-classmates were having a gathering too and I was invited by Pei Lin a few days before Christmas. However, with most of them already paired up and bringing their girl/boy friend, I do not think so I am willing to join them either. There are another 5 members in this house. Ray and Gabby went back to celebrate Christmas, Vincci and Aelly went out dating while Sanjev is dating with Cheng Yee. So, I am all alone here. Actually is none of anyone’s fault but my own. For I am the one who did not want to join them and isolated myself from them, for I am an anti-social person!
To make things worse, I have to work tomorrow too but there is no double pay and I doubt there will be a triple pay on New Year, next Saturday. However, Aellyno gave each and every one of us a Christmas present too. Although its just a few sweets, but Aellyno is even sweeter, am I right? Thanks Aellyno! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
